Refund policy

OHH FRIDAY products have been carefully selected, and we've carefully considered which items you'll like so you feel perfect with them. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 15 days from the date you received the products (or the last delivery attempt) to return them.

You can return them using this link and the order details, indicating the order number beginning with OF on the outside of the package.

Defects are not processed as returns; you must write to us with a photo of the item at info@ohhfriday.com.

Each order requires a return. It's not possible to return multiple orders in a single order, as everything is automated, and products from just one order cannot be refunded.

 

BLACK FRIDAY AND CHRISTMAS:

All purchases made after November 27th can be returned or exchanged until after Epiphany :)

If the return is made within the first 15 days, a refund will be issued through the same payment method used. After these 15 days, a refund will be issued through a gift card valid for 3 months from the date of return. The general return conditions, indicated below, will apply.

IMPORTANT:

You must deliver the package to a SEUR office or drop-off point within 2 business days (SPAIN) or a UPS collection point (REST OF EUROPE), and present the QR code that will be sent to them so they can retrieve your return label.

The shipping and handling costs for these returns or exchanges will be deducted from the payment for the returned items.

SPAIN: 5.95 euros.
PORTUGAL: 7.95 euros.
REST OF EUROPE: 9.95 euros.
OUTSIDE THE EU: 39.95 euros.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Please note that in order to return products to OHH FRIDAY and receive a refund of the cost paid, they must not have been previously washed, have any stains, or have been altered or modified in any way. Returns of products that can be verified as having been used for longer than a simple test, such as those that can be performed in any physical store fitting room, will not be accepted. Products must be sent to our warehouses with the original tags, neatly folded, in perfect condition for resale, and with the original packaging. Exchanges or returns of items such as underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, or bodysuits are not accepted.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Under no circumstances will the shipping cost, if any, charged at the time of purchase be refunded. Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Any discounts applied will be taken into account, so the refund will be the amount paid by the customer, not the retail price of the product, if a discount was applied.

You will receive an email within 7-14 business days confirming the refund has been issued. Depending on the payment system or bank from which you made the payment, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days.

If you do not receive the package, it will be returned to our facilities and processed as a refund (cost indicated above). Shipping costs will be charged if not prepaid due to exceeding the purchase limit with free shipping.

If, after the established deadlines, you do not receive the emails or the refund, please contact OHH FRIDAY again at the same email address: info@ohhfriday.com, indicating the problem you experienced, and we will get back to you.

 

DEFECTS OR FLAWS IN THE PRODUCT RECEIVED:

We strive to always offer you the best value for money. However, if, for any reason, you receive an item for which OHH FRIDAY is responsible, you have 3 days to notify us, always following the previously detailed specifications. In this case, an exchange will be made for another product to replace the first one, and if it is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
