Shipping policy

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL PENINSULA:

We offer two delivery options:

- STANDARD SHIPPING: 2-4 days with CTT, Correos Expres, MRW, or GLS - €3.95 (FREE for orders over €49.99) or €4.95 for PORTUGAL.

- EXPRESS SHIPPING: 24-48 hours with Correos Expres, MRW, or GLS (GUARANTEED* for orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 a.m.) - €5.95 (€2.95 for orders over €49.99) - (except for orders containing a restocked item)

*Guaranteed delivery. If we don't deliver, we'll refund the extra amount you paid for express shipping.

 

SPAIN BALEARIC ISLANDS:

You have 1 type of delivery:

- STANDARD SHIPPING: 2-4 business days with MRW or UPS - €13.95

 

REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION:

Shipping with UPS:

EXPRESS SHIPPING: 2-4 days - Starting at €7.95

 

MEXICO:

Shipping with DHL EXPRESS - Delivery in 2-6 days.

Shipping costs:

Minimum order - $640 MXN
Order between $1700 and $2800 MXN - $540 MXN
Order between $2800 and $4200 MXN - $430 MXN
Order between $4200 and $5600 MXN - $220 MXN
Order over $5600 MXN - FREE

This cost does not include customs or tariff charges; these are the customer's responsibility, if applicable.

On some occasions, DHL will contact the customer or buyer to request information required for delivery. If this information is not provided within the established DHL timeframe, the products will be considered lost and therefore will not be refunded.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email with all the details. If you notice anything is not correct, please let us know as soon as possible at info@ohhfriday.com, and we will do our best to correct it whenever possible and within the timeframe.

Shipping will be standard and at the cost indicated when placing your order through the website, depending on any promotions or volume.

For products in stock, the delivery time may be 4 or 5 days longer than usual.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands may take a few days longer.
