How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders with standard shipping will arrive in the Peninsula in 2-3 days.
Orders with express shipping, always placed before 11:00 a.m., will arrive within 24-48 hours. If an order is placed after 11:00 a.m., it will be counted as placed the next day.
International orders will arrive in 2-4 days.

Can orders be modified?
We have a highly automated system and any changes could lead to errors, so it is not possible to modify them.

Do you restock out-of-stock items?
Most items are limited edition, but sometimes they can be restocked.

Normally, it takes 2-4 days, but sometimes it can take up to 10 days, as the transfer is between different banks.

Chances are you've entered your email address incorrectly (it's more common than it seems).

How is payment made?
Payment is completely secure and can currently be made by debit or credit card.
We're working to incorporate Bizum, PayPal, and a 3-installment payment system as soon as possible. As soon as we have it ready, you'll see these new options on the payment screen.

Do you ship outside of Spain?
We currently only ship to the European Union, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails or WhatsApp messages?
