Shipping policy
SPAIN & MAINLAND PORTUGAL
We offer two delivery options:
STANDARD DELIVERY: 2–4 working days with CTT, Correos Express, MRW or GLS – €3.95 (FREE on orders over €49.99) or €4.95 for Portugal.
EXPRESS DELIVERY: 24–48 hours with Correos Express, MRW or GLS (GUARANTEED* for orders placed on working days before 11:00 am) – €5.95 (€2.95 on orders over €49.99) (excluding orders containing backorder items).
* Guaranteed delivery: If we fail to meet the guaranteed delivery time, we will refund the additional amount paid for Express Delivery.
BALEARIC ISLANDS (SPAIN)
We offer one delivery option:
STANDARD DELIVERY: 2–4 working days with MRW or UPS – €13.95
REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping with UPS:
EXPRESS DELIVERY: 2–4 working days – From €7.95
MEXICO
Shipping with DHL Express – Delivery within 2–6 working days.
Shipping costs
Orders up to 1,700 MXN – 640 MXN
Orders between 1,700 and 2,800 MXN – 540 MXN
Orders between 2,800 and 4,200 MXN – 430 MXN
Orders between 4,200 and 5,600 MXN – 220 MXN
Orders over 5,600 MXN – FREE
Customs duties, taxes or import charges are not included in the shipping cost and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
In some cases, DHL may contact you to request additional information required for delivery. If the requested information is not provided within the timeframe established by DHL, the shipment will be considered undeliverable and no refund will be issued.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
If you notice any incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ohhfriday.com. We will do our best to make any necessary changes, provided your order has not yet been processed.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout according to the destination country, any current promotions and the value of your order.
For backorder items, delivery may take an additional 4–5 working days.
Deliveries to the Balearic Islands may take a little longer.
